  1. Cook an Iranian recipe, or put an Iranian twist on a favorite dish! Make a reel, snap a photo and share the dish + recipe with your community! You can also submit the recipe to our account for us to share as a collaborator.

  2. Encourage your followers to join our #CookForIran by hosting their own dinners and following @CookForIran on social for daily inspiration!

  3. Host a #CookForIran cooking challenge! Share a recipe and call on your community to cook and post their version of your dish! Check out our IG for inspiration.

     

  4. Host a supper club (dinner) at your home! Cook Iranian food and use it as an opportunity to talk about the situation in Iran, Iranian cuisine, and ingredients you used!
